Calculated based on a 30-day month to factor in facility closures due to tournaments, Thanksgiving, and Christmas day

It is expected to maintain the set schedule each week. Rescheduling must adhere to the procedures listed below

1. Cancel the class online using the member portal link 24 hour prior to the class starts

2. Makeup class to be rescheduled for within a week using the member portal link. Here is how to cancel class and book a makeup class online

3. In case of emergency cancellation, we require the doctor report for health issues or police report in for accidents in order to request the makeup class or $20 service fee in order to request a makeup class within 24 hours

4. 30 days written cancellation notice is required in case of canceling the subscription. Notice must be sent to (832) 794-7465

Monthly subscription holds: With advance notice, the subscription can be placed on hold up to twice/and not more than 3 months each time

Rules

  • Students should arrive at least five minutes prior to class in order to warm up (i.e., jogging).
  • Any discussions between parents and coaches can occur prior or after class.
  • Parents must maintain some distance from the training area in order to reduce distraction for students and coaches.
  • Training fee needs to be paid in full on or before the first class.
  • 10$ late fee applied for late payment.  
  • Makeup class must be scheduled within the week of your absence with 24 hour cancellation online
  • THERE IS NO CARRYOVERS OR EXTENSIONS FOR MAKEUP CLASSES.
  • There is NO refund or make up classes for the absence without 24 hour cancellation online.
