Our primary focus is to deliver top-notch badminton training, however, we also offer our courts for use outside of our scheduled class hours. Courts are available to reserve 24/7, providing you with the opportunity to enjoy badminton at any time

Please Note!

• New players only: Please sign our one-time waiver to be registered in our system. Ensure that all players have signed the waiver before playing. You can find the waiver here
• Maximum of 6 players per court per hour. If you plan on bringing more than 6 players, we require your reservation to be at least 1 court, 2 hours or 2 courts, 1 hour minimum
• For call in reservation, please note that there will be an additional $6 per hour/ court for manual booking
• Please do not play on unreserved courts. We reserve the right to charge players for the full hour for any additional time used on unreserved courts
• Need to purchase any gear? We are a certified Yonex retailer! See more information here
• No other sport are allowed during the court reservation such as volleyball, soccers, and etc. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a penalty charge equivalent to an additional hour of court reservation fee

Court booking: Step-by-step

1. Click the “Book Here” button below
2. Select your preferred date using the tools at the top to view the availability for that day
3. To create a reservation, click the green “+” button and fill out the required form
   • If it is your first time reserving a court, you’ll be prompted to register an account
4. After creating your reservation please check your email for important information, such as our front gate code and front door code

Court Blocking

Reserve our courts in bulk for a dedicated day/time. A minimum of 4 reservations per month, once a week, for at least 3 months during the same days/times must be included to access the blocking rates

Keep in mind…

We will only allow 1 cancellation per month. Before paying the invoice for your upcoming blocking period, players are allowed to exclude as many reservations as needed as long as a minimum of 4 reservations is made per month, once a week, for at least 3 months during the same days/times

• A cancellation is made when a paid reservation is canceled during the blocking period

Court blocking: Step-by-step

1. Sign our waiver to add your credit card to your account if you haven’t already. You can find the waiver here
2. Check the court schedule to view our availability. You can find the schedule here
   • Do NOT attempt to book any courts as your account will be charged our normal rate until you are given the discounted rate on Skedda
3. Text Farinha at +1 (346) 632-4693 with your first name, last name, location, desired days and times, and amount of players
   • Example: “Hello, this is John Smith. I am looking to block courts 3 and 4 in Cypress every Saturday from 12pm-2pm for 4 players, thank you”
4. Wait for confirmation…
   • You will be sent an invoice including the total amount and due date. Please submit the payment before the due date to avoid our $20 late fee
5. After submitting the payment, send a confirmation text to Farinha and enjoy your sessions!

When you arrive at the badminton gym…

To ensure that the gym is clean, we kindly ask all players to wipe and remove their shoes at the entrance of the gym and to wear the slippers provided on the racks to enter the gym. If players don’t have badminton or indoor court shoes to change into, please be sure you’ve wiped your shoes thoroughly before entering the gym. Afterward, please check in with the front desk regarding your reservation. If you are a new player, you’ll be prompted to sign our one-time waiver if you haven’t already. If you would like to sign the waiver in advance, you can find it here. Please be sure all players have signed the waiver before playing. Players under the age of 18 will require a parent or guardian to help them sign

HOUSE RULES FAQS 

• What shoes are allowed? 

Only non-marking shoes are allowed. Members will not be allowed to play with black/dark soles. 

Anyone playing with marking shoes that can leave marks on the badminton courts will be fined. Fine for playing with marking shoes: $250. 

• Who is allowed to play on the courts? 

All players must check in at the front desk upon arrival. 

Only checked-in Members are allowed to play during open play per their membership plans. 

Non-members need to buy a day pass at the front desk in order to avail and play in the facility. 

• Can I train my students or someone in Cypress Badminton facility? 

We offer training programs and coaches. The coaches are accredited by badminton and sports governing bodies like USAB and safe sports USA. Anyone who wishes to get training can join our training programs. If you are not associated with and employed as a Cypress Badminton coach, then you are NOT allowed to train anyone in this facility. 

Any type of Badminton training including feeding birds/shuttlecock is strictly restricted. Violators can be fined $250 or membership can be canceled. 

Any member not associated with Cypress Badminton as a coach is strictly prohibited from soliciting and offering training to any of our members and kids in training programs. 

If you are found violating our training policy, your membership will be terminated effective immediately. 

• Do I have to reserve a court? 

At peak times (weekdays 6-9pm and weekends 9-11am and 2-5pm) court bookings will be given priority. We encourage people to block the courts for a continuous period i.e., monthly on a specific time and day. Otherwise, to reserve, contact us (in person or by email) at least two hours before your desired start time. 

• What are the queuing rules? 

You will need to place your name on the central queuing board. One group can only queue up for one court at a time. Queuing players will get 20 minutes of playing time and then re-queue for their next turn. 

• Do I need to bring my own racket and shuttlecocks? What else should I bring? 

You are welcome to bring your own racket and shuttlecocks. However, racket rental options are available starting at $5, and we have shuttlecocks for sale. We also have an on-pro shop if you wish to purchase your own racket/shuttlecocks/apparel/shoes. 

• Can I come by myself and find someone to play with? 

Yes, you can.  We have open play available during set times during the week. You can find more information on open play here.

• Any other rules I should follow? 

No food or open-container drinks in the court area 

Be on time for your court reservation and leave on time. We will charge the peak hour rate for the full hour of any unreserved court use

No swearing or cussing words as we have many minors at the facility
