⚡ Discipline Rules
To foster a champion environment, the following discipline guidelines are strictly enforced.
Arrive on time; no exceptions. Each minute late = 10-minute sitting-out consequence.
Accept group assignments and game pairings without complaints.
Maintain a positive attitude; negative behavior will not be tolerated.
Avoid distracting others; maintain focus throughout all training sessions.
📋 Membership Subscription Details
Game days are seamlessly integrated into the overall program experience.
Monthly charges are calculated for every 4 weeks.
Adherence to the set weekly schedule ensures optimal training effectiveness.
Specialized game practice days are included as part of the program.
📜 Policies & Procedures
Please be sure you are familiar with our policies & procedures, including membership management and scheduling. This information is essential for a great experience at Houston Badminton Academy.
📌 Program Rules
Students must not train at other clubs while enrolled in this program.
Strict consequences enforced for any breach of the exclusivity rule.
Minimum 2 USA Badminton Tournaments required during or after this program.
Arrive at least 5 minutes early for warm-up including stretching and jogging.
Discussions between parents and coaches must occur before or after class.
Coaches ensure students remain focused and actively engaged during training.
If parents need to speak with the coach, use private class time — not group sessions.
No discussions with coaches during group training sessions.
Parents must maintain distance from the training area to avoid distractions and injuries.
Fees must be paid in full on or before the first class. Late payments incur a $50 fee.
Academy assigns the most suitable coach. To request a specific coach: $15/session or $40/session for Coach Boyd. Must be prepaid — no last-minute arrangements.
