Payment
Payment is required prior to the start of lessons. Prepaid lessons are not transferable to another session or player.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a private lesson, a cancellation notice must be sent to Coach Boyd via +1 (512) 947-6871 at least 24 hours in advance prior to the start of the class. There will be no refunds or makeup lessons for missed lessons without proper notification
Expiration
Lessons purchased are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. The 12-lesson package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
Rules
To optimize our training environment at the Houston Badminton Academy, we kindly request your attention to the following professional guidelines:
- Punctuality for Warm-Up: Students are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class to facilitate a proper warm-up routine, including stretching and jogging.
- Parent-Coach Communication: Discussions between parents and coaches are encouraged before or after class to ensure effective communication.
- Active Student Engagement: Coaches are committed to maintaining a focused and engaging training atmosphere. Students are expected to actively participate in the training programs.
- Parent Distance During Training: To minimize distractions and potential injuries, we request parents to maintain a suitable distance from the training area.
- Payment Guidelines: Training fees are due in full on or before the first class. All payments must be made up front. A $20 late fee will be applied to any delayed payments.
